Bury are back in league 2 action this weekend, and we’re away from home.

Managerless Carlisle United, under the caretaker management of Paul Thirlwell and Tony Caig, welcome Bury to Brunton Park this afternoon.

Carlisle will be without Troy Archibald-Henville (shin injury) but Billy Paynter (hamstring) should be fit to make his return.

Our captain Jim McNulty (suspension) is back from his one-match ban and is likely to return but Keil O’Brien (knee) and Joe Thompson (back) will be missing.

Experienced strike duo Daniel Nardiello (groin) and Clive Platt (calf) could be called upon again.
